My Optus cable internet at home is terribly slow, drops out frequently, browsing is almost impossible as is TV streaming.
GetHuman1169729 did not yet indicate what Optus - Faults should do to make this right.

They answered my call straight away and I spoke to a technician who tested my internet service, found it to be faulty and arranged for a technician to come to my house and fix the problem in * days time.
