For * weeks we have very broken and unreliable service. It can work for a number of hours perfectly and then suddenly no service at all. We have had it checked out by our IT guy and still no good. We need to get this issue resolved. We have changed nothing so do t know why we went from having good service to this patchy service. Please let us know how to fix it at the moment we are paying for a service but not receiving it
