My cable box shown SET UP and asking for account number,phone number and Tech ID.When I put them and pres continue it start to reboot the connection and show the same.*I did the restarting with shot of and on but have no solution.*I spend two evenings in the phone and chat with representatives *Yesterday I was waiting for a technician from optimum *-* pm and he do not show up.*Can you guys give me any solution?
