Account holder name, Billing address, Phone number on account, PIN/Password, and Last 4 of SSN

Talk to a human ... Tv not working. Internet not working. Waited * hours for a call and got disconnected and he didn’t call me back. Very poor customer service. You cannot talk to a human! No way to leave a message. Robots cannot help. Very bad.
