I could never speak to a Technician because the ROBOT would never connect me, so I got up at *:** a.m. and A HUMan answered. I got help and I received my boxes today. ... *-*-****: I am happy to say that I rec'd my two cable boxes approx, * P.M. I was out of service for ** days. Thanks to the two TECHNICIAN that help me, one on the **** & the one ***. I give them both a ** but for the ROBOT i give a * because he's the one that messed up my service on the **th. AND MANY THANKS TO *GET Human. NEVER GIVE UP UNTIL YOU GET THE SERVICE THAT YOU PAY FOR.****.
The Robot do not know your problems, he talks over you and then he will go into you box and try to fix it. When he did this he shut my service off on the one good box....This is thing that need to change.
MY PROBLE IS NO MORE, IT'S RESOLVED.
I am a good customer because I pay my bill and I am never late, when I get my bill I mail it the next day.*This why I have a **** credit rate.
