I have paid my Optimum bill twice (***) ***-**** and my phone is still turned off.**Now I wish to cancel my account, ASAP.**Upon attempting to resolve this issue, your customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced.
GetHuman-kojoayes did not yet indicate what Optimum should do to make this right.
