I recently lost service from last Friday till Tuesday. I lost service on my internet and television.I am asking that a credit adjust be issued for the loss of service which according to your technician was your error.The loss was caused by a cut wire outside of my residence which was done by a Optimum service technician.*My name and address is *Richard Caputo****C Jefferson Court*Lakewood, New Jersey ******Phone * ************Thank you.
