My Cable box is not working and I am in the process of moving. I wanted it disconnected as of June **. Extremely rude customer service person answered after a ** minute wait. Did not understand the issue and could not resolve the issue and said I had to wait **-** hours to even speak to a supervisor. It seemed like she just wanted to keep me on the phone..perhaps she didn't want to take too many calls for the day. She was of no help. Please cancel my service as of JUNE **th.
GetHuman-deross did not yet indicate what Optimum should do to make this right.

I requested to speak with a supervisor. Despite being told it would take **-** hours for a supervisor to return my call, I received a call back within an hour and they graciously canceled my cable subscription.
