The storm blew an outside wire down it is *inches from the ground. But still attached to the telephone pole and the electric box.It needs to be fixed.Someone is coming tomorrow Friday to put back the line.They are not charging me for damage do to storm. I got a robot call to say they are charging me for technical service!!! That is not what I was told.I will not be home some of the day ,but the problem can be fixed outside.I was not told that I had to be home.
