I have been been promised a credit on my balance and monthly bill ... No WiFi for over * months and cable channel issues
A tech has been to my house twice , I spoken to several reps that have advised me to wait until a tech comes to correct issue and then a call back to apply credit for interruption and not receiving quality service ! It has been weeks and nothing has been done , I continue to call and the phone number will not allow me to get thru to a human rep bc there’s a balance so I had a chat with a online rep and I have the transcripts to prove it . At the end of the call the rep advised that I would receive a call to discuss issues again.... **-** hours !! No one called! And now my cable service has been interrupted! This is unfair and unacceptable
Pls read the notes on my account : Nicole Santana and apply credits as I have been a loyal customer and continued to be ignored and manipulated . Pls handle this aand have a rep call me to resolve these issues!
