Dear Old Navy,** This is the second time in a week that I have felt the need to contact you. I received an order today containing shirts for my son. Order * TXJSH*T. A shirt I ordered was priced at $*.**. When I received the shirt, there was a clearance tag on it that says $*.**. This is the second time in a week that I have received items marked at a lower price than what I paid. I consider that to be a very poor business practice. I worked in retail for quite some time. Consistent pricing of your products is a key component to successful business and customer satisfaction. While the differences in price may be small, they do add up. I feel like I have been overcharged twice and that is not an experience that any customer wishes to have. When answering my first email, I was given a garden variety apology with no offer to rectify the situation. I hope that this time you might consider a different response. The current retail environment is very tough and competitive. Do you really want to lose customers this way? It's very simple, charge your customers the lowest price offered in your stores or online.
