Good Evening,*I had gotten a pair of rock star **** jeans a couple of months ago as a gift. Not too long after they started getting holes in the bottom area. I did not have a receipt, so I took them into the Gettysburg outlets in PA. Upon arrival the girl at the desk told me since I had no receipt I could either receive like * dollars on a card or I could exchange for the same type. I was perfectly fine with exchanging so she told me she would hold them up front while I exchanged. After trying on different pairs and going back up to the cash register I was informed that they were “last years model” and could not be “re-sold” and obviously they couldn’t be resold in the first place because they have holes all over them. I explained how she just told me I could exchange these and rang them up ** minutes prior. She brushed that off and just said I could no longer exchange them. She gave me back the jeans and they now had a large black mark that was not on there before. I just would like a new pair. I shop at Old Navy often and I have never had any issues. I don’t know where to proceed from here. *Thank You,*Danielle
