On *******, I specifically went to the Old Navy store in Milford, CT to use my Super Cash and Rewards. Unfortunately when I went to pay for the $***.** worth of items, my Old Navy card was declined. This of course meant that I couldn't use my card* I couldn't use my rewards* and I won't get the rewards from my big transaction. My records indicate that I paid my bill IN FULL on ******** and the payment went through on *******. I have been a customer of Old Navy for a long time and have a history of paying my bill in full. Due to a financial situation on my part, the payment was late* however, it was paid in full as soon as I had the money. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service in the store as well. I would like Old Navy to take the money off of my credit card and charge it to my Old Navy account. This will allow me to receive the rewards that I am entitled to from my big purchase. I would also like all the rewards I have right now to go towards this purchase. If this is not able to be done, then I would like to close my Old Navy account. The Super Cash and Rewards are the main reason for my account so if I cannot use*receive either, then I do not want to continue shopping at Old Navy. Hopefully someone can resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.
