The issue in GetHuman-ladycs's own words
Sunday ******* was old navy friends & family event. I went to store ***** time was *:**pm register ***. I used my old navy credit card for half off on a purchase. Sanmarie, a lead in this store was training a new employee who did not know how to apply the discount. Sanmarie told her what to do. Trans ****. I said I did not get my discount. I was charged the full price. Sanmarie got on the register and ran the purchase again. Trans ****. She threw the receipt in the bag without me seeing what the total transaction and said it's done, you'll see the discount on the receipt. As I walked away, I pulled the receipt out of my bag. There is no discount. The same as the first transaction. I go back to another register *** trans **** time *:**pm. I explained to the cashier that I was not given my discount after being rung up twice. This cashier looked at the receipts while Sanmarie came over watching and listening to our conversation. At this time the cashier manually punched in the discount and credit my card for the correct amount.I have * transactions when it should have been. Sanmarie knew that she did not give me the discount because she threw the receipt in the bag. How can she be a lead and training a new employee, when she don't know how to apply an discount and wasting my time.
