I want to bring to your attention a user named Greg Voss who repeatedly creates profiles on various dating sites with multiple email addresses. He may not post a picture but is known to use real personal information mixed with fake accounts. Greg is a 39-year-old man with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, yet he engages in inappropriate behavior online, seeking women aged 18-25. He portrays himself as sweet and victimized by his ex, gaining sympathy before manipulating women into sexting and sending pictures. He manipulates communication by using different phone numbers and lies about his identity, disappearing once he gets what he wants. It's important to address this concerning behavior. Greg's real name is Gregory Voss, works at Big Number One Motorsports in Homewood, Alabama, and resides in Adamsville, Alabama. Hello, my name is Wilton Newman, but online I go by Willy Fergusson. I recently discovered that someone hacked into my email account and changed my profile, even putting up their picture. The email address affected is [redacted], which I use for everything, including my banking. It's concerning how someone could access my profile and make such changes. Living in Canada, I've had this email for many years. This incident makes me question the safety of information on the internet. It's unsettling to think someone could alter my profile and potentially misuse my identity for scams or other malicious activities. Upon checking, I noticed the profile now shows a white person named Tom Peter, which is inaccurate and alarming. I would appreciate any assistance via email regarding this issue. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I sent a message over two hours ago and haven't received a response. After being a free site user for over 10 years, I decided to try the A-List subscription for $19.99 for three months. Unfortunately, I was charged $44.99 on my debit card, causing financial strain as I am on a fixed income. This unexpected charge jeopardizes three of my monthly bills. I urgently need this issue resolved as my budget is tight and cannot accommodate such errors. Please refund the excess amount promptly to prevent further financial difficulties. I am disabled and rely solely on my current income. Assistance in resolving this matter swiftly would greatly alleviate unnecessary stress over this situation involving a dating app that I regret using. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I believe I may have been shadowbanned for reporting two posts that contained inappropriate content. One included a link to Plenty of Fish and a phone number, while the other had a phone number and a copyrighted picture that belongs to me. As a result, my account has been restricted and is not functioning properly. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to address this matter. I assure you that I did not violate any rules that would warrant a ban. If necessary, please feel free to contact me via phone at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Wayne Wilbur

I have an account with OkCupid and recently received a message from customer service requesting the removal of one of my photos due to it being considered inappropriate. As a Christian, I am mindful of the photos I upload and the one removed, depicting me riding a bike in the park with appropriate attire, does not violate any standards. I believe it was reported out of malice by individuals I previously blocked. I feel that OkCupid's actions are biased as I was not contacted prior to the photo's removal, despite it meeting guidelines. Cycling is a hobby of mine, and the picture reflected this. I am certain none of my photos are inappropriate, as they all bear the OkCupid watermark for added safety online. I am disappointed by this unfair treatment and would appreciate a follow-up on this matter to address the situation. Username: Bella Location: Trenton Email: [redacted]

In June, I created my account and began receiving numerous messages and likes, which I enjoyed. However, in early July, the messages and email notifications abruptly ceased. I encountered difficulty logging in and had to reset my password. Upon successful login, nothing appeared to have changed. After messaging my sister upon seeing her on the platform, she claimed she never received my message. It's puzzling why the platform has stopped functioning properly. Additionally, I have not received any standard emails, including "our picks" notifications.

My account on OkCupid got banned, and I think I understand the reason behind it. I encountered a login issue and ended up unable to access my account. Instead of reaching out to Support, I opted to make a fresh account since I felt the old one was overwhelming. I made the new account from my home computer, on the same WiFi network. After answering numerous questions, I was surprised to see my old account as the top match. I had set my preferences to seek friends as well. Despite several attempts to log back in to the old account, I was unsuccessful for about a day. Without reaching out to Support (aware of their slow response time), I reported my own old account for reasons I can't recall. After waiting with no change, I asked a friend from OkCupid to report my old account for harassment. Consequently, my old account was removed, but so was my new one. It seems the simultaneous creation of the new account on my home WiFi caused this issue, leaving me unable to access any account now or create a new one.

My girlfriend and I met on OKCupid last year and we both decided to search for another partner. After updating our profiles to reflect this, we posted photos and exchanged respectful emails with others. Despite not violating any terms of service, both our profiles got suspended. We are unsure why this happened and are seeking clarification on any mistakes we may have made. I have been a member for approximately 10 years and have intermittently been an A-List subscriber. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could shed light on the situation so we can address any issues. Finding dating platforms that cater to our preferences is challenging, and having our access revoked without explanation is disheartening. Thank you.

Could you please remove his profiles? I want to inform you about a user named Greg Voss. He uses various email addresses and is present on multiple dating sites, not just in the US. He often does not upload a profile picture. We have identified him on Match and Meetville, where he sometimes uses his real information but also creates fake accounts. Greg is a 39-year-old man with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son. He is a sex addict who frequents dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps to watch women. Greg utilizes text and burner apps to communicate with women, convincing them to send him photos. He targets women aged 18-25, pretends to be sweet and romantic, talks about his past mistreatment, gains sympathy, and soon engages in sexting while sharing fake photos of himself. Once exposed, he quickly switches phone numbers. His real name is Gregory Voss, and we discovered he works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, and resides in Adamsville, Alabama. You can reach him at [redacted]. Some of his known email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. Your attention to this matter is appreciated to address this concerning behavior.

Dear OKCupid team, Today, I was unexpectedly banned from the platform, and I believe this action was unjust. I am well aware of the Community Guidelines and have closely followed them. My profile and pictures are appropriate, and I have always maintained honesty in my interactions. I have been nothing but respectful in my numerous conversations with women on the site. I have never engaged in any form of disrespectful, derogatory, or inappropriate behavior towards anyone. If there are stricter guidelines that I inadvertently violated, I would appreciate clarification to improve, but unfortunately, this option is not available on your site, which is frustrating. It is disheartening that users like myself are left in the dark without any feedback on the situation. While I understand the importance of user protection, I am struggling to comprehend the reason behind my ban. I respect your commitment to safety, but the lack of transparency can lead to users losing valuable connections without explanation. I kindly request a review of the decision to ban my account or at least an overview of the alleged violation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best, Matt

One of the features on the OKCupid app is the choice to look for hookups, which should not be judged. Having a healthy sexual interest is a natural behavior. It seems my account got suspended after a disagreement with a woman about hooking up. I confronted her for being rude and she responded in a hurtful manner. I think OKCupid unfairly banned me due to closed-mindedness. If someone doesn't like hookups, they should avoid the app as many naturally gravitate toward them. I feel discriminated against based on gender. I need my account reinstated in an hour or will consider legal action for sexism. An apology and proof of action against the offensive woman are expected promptly.

Subject: Request for Subscription Cancellation and Refund I have been trying to reach out to the customer service team at OkCupid multiple times through email and chat for assistance with my account issues, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. I am having trouble accessing my account to cancel my subscription. I initially paid $19.95 for the basic subscription and an additional $2.99 for a boost that did not yield any results. After using the service for only 2-3 days, my account was inexplicably blocked citing a privacy policy violation, which seems suspiciously timed after my payment. I am seeking immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund for the charges. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service, especially after encountering issues with no resolution in sight. I have even considered escalating this matter to the California Attorney General, consumer affairs offices, and the Better Business Bureau due to the lack of proper assistance. Please confirm the cancellation and refund process via email promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had an account on OkCupid for less than 24 hours before it was suspended for violating the Terms of Service. During the brief time my account was active, I did not send or receive any messages. I only "liked" 3-4 profiles and spent the rest of the time answering Match questions and updating my profile. I find it puzzling that I somehow managed to breach the Terms of Service by engaging in these activities. It seems that another user could have reported me, resulting in an immediate ban without warning or any chance for appeal. I want to continue using OkCupid and am willing to adhere to the Terms of Service, but I am completely unsure about what rules I have broken. All I did was answer questions honestly and create my profile. Any assistance would be appreciated.

For the past week, I've encountered issues with several buttons on the platform. Despite trying various browsers and devices, restarting, and updating software, the problem persists. Although the incognito and profile adjustment options are visible, they are unresponsive and fail to save changes. This problem seems to be affecting multiple users with A List accounts, causing frustration as these paid features have now been inaccessible for over a week.
