To unlike someone on OkCupid using your desktop, go to your profile's Likes section. Find the person you want to unlike, and you should see an option to remove your like or undo it. Click on that option, and the like will be removed from that person's profile.

Error code 5 typically indicates that there is an issue with your account or login details. This could be due to incorrect credentials or a problem with your account status. We recommend double-checking your username and password. If the issue persists, it might be necessary to follow the account recovery steps provided on the login page.

If your phone number is not being accepted during the onboarding process, ensure that you are entering it in the correct format, including the country code if required. Check that your phone number is active and can receive SMS messages. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or website and re-entering your information.

Unfortunately, you cannot delete your OkCupid account without logging in. OkCupid needs to ensure it is the account owner that wants to delete the account. You'll need to log into your account, select the settings or profile tab, and follow the steps there to delete your account. If you're having trouble logging in, try resetting your password. If all else fails, you may need to contact OkCupid directly for further assistance.

To cancel your subscription on OkCupid, follow these steps: 1. Click on your profile photo found in the top-right corner. 2. Select 'Settings' from the drop down. 3. In the settings page, select 'Subscription'. 4. You can cancel your subscription from this page. For Android: 1. Open the Google Play Store. 2. Go to 'Subscriptions' under 'Menu'. 3. Select OkCupid and click 'Cancel' under Subscription. For iOS: 1. Go to your device's settings. 2. Tap on your name and go to 'Subscriptions'. 3. Select OkCupid and then tap 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Trial.' Note: Uninstalling the app won't cancel the subscription.
