They engage in deceptive practices that harm customers. When I signed up for an account using my phone number and received a security code via SMS, OKCUPID did not prompt me to create an email address and password. After subscribing for 1 month for $40, I did not receive any payment confirmation via my phone number or email address. Trying to cancel the subscription, they requested an email from the address associated with the account, which was never requested or provided during sign-up. The application displayed a fake email address that Google cannot locate. This misconduct has caused frustration and inconvenience.

I am awaiting confirmation that you are addressing my concern and a reasonable timeframe for resolution. As mentioned previously, my account was charged $89.99 without authorization, resulting in the inability to send messages, rendering the service unusable.
