I paid for a one month subscription not too long ago (my sub ends Nov **). But when I got my new iPhone (Friday, October **th) I redownloaded the app and it keeps saying wrong password. *Every time I try to reset(*-* attempts now), I don’t get an email and there’s nothing in my spam folder.*I paid for a subscription that I would like to use, but I can’t access my account because the app won’t send me a reset password email.*Please restore my account and provide me a link to reset my password before Nov **, **** so I can use my subscription.
