I had honestly forgotten that I had the set my account to automatically renew my subscription. I don't really use OkCupid anymore and I had been alerted that I had been charged for the * month service. I would like to inquire if it is possible to be able to get a refund. I've already deactivated the automatic renewal setting off to prevent this inconvenience in the future. **Please and thank you for your time.
