I canceled my plan in August ****. I'm still having reoccurring charges from OkCupid on my debit card account. The last being from September **, **** in the amount of $**.**. I didn't authorize this charge... and have contacted my banking institution as well as Google Play. These funds need to be reversed and debited back into my account. I have canceled my subscription and no longer wish to be a premium member. This was requested before.
GetHuman1020607 did not yet indicate what OkCupid.com should do to make this right.
