GetHuman-pbcurtis's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
OfferUp doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-pbcurtis will need to dig through the advice provided by OfferUp, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-pbcurtis can let us know if they help or not.

My name is Richard bedell. I sold an item on offer up. I shipped the item before the three days was up. However the post office lost the package. Then approximately * days later they found it. They continued to ship it to the buyer. Only by this time you guys have canceled the transaction given him his money back while my item was sent to him and he now has it. ** I was messaging a guy from OfferUp who asked me the transaction ID so he could look into it but I never heard back from him. I don't know the transaction ID because you guys cancelled the transaction. However there is a shipping label that you guys sent me. The post office has tracked and I have tracked the item and it's is now at the buyer's address. And he didn't have to pay for it. The previous guy I talked to when I explain this to him said he would get back to me. However the next email I got was me responding to him earlier. So basically I'm in a chat with myself now. It wants me to rate the advocates ability. The advocate is me now trying to solve my own problem. The item I sold was a Las Vegas Coca-Cola ** metal sign sent to a buyer named Gary Richards in Fort Pierce Florida. Tracking number **** **** **** **** **** **** **. last time I tried to send the tracking number in this message, only half of it showed up, the other half was not showing up I guess for security reasons. I can send you pictures of the shipping label, pictures of the emails that you guys sent me saying that the item was sold, I even have a video of me dropping his item in the mailbox at the post office and it's time-stamped. So if you would like to see any of this information in jpeg format I can definitely email it to you. if I get stuck in a chat trying to help myself by asking myself questions again I'm going to be really pissed off. This is the second time I've had to explain the situation now. The previous person who was helping me was no help at all
