I brought Nokia *.* plus on october ****. As with all your other nokia phones,my phone started having trouble in its charging port. When I approached your service centre in Rampur,Uttar Pradesh,India on * july ****, they told me that the charging port was in stock and I would receive my phone on * July **** and on this condition I submitted my phone but on * July ****, I received a call from your service centre telling me that the requested part was not in stock and I would have to wait longer. Is this the professionalism that u expect from your service centre????*Even when I called your customer care ,they were of no use and they started defending the service centre.* Hoping for a genuine reply * A Highly dissatisfied customer,
