I recently purchased a Nokia 6.1 mobile phone from Amazon. There were some minor charging issues within the first month, but on December 10th, it suddenly stopped working during a call. When I reached out to Nokia customer service, they directed me to Yadav Communication in Rewari for assistance. However, the authorized person there mentioned that the warranty wouldn't cover the repair and insisted on charging for liquid damage repair. Despite my pleas, they explained that doing the work for free would impact the company's revenue. Attempts to resolve the issue through live chat were unsuccessful as the chats were closed without resolution. I have filed a complaint with the National Consumer Forum (Complaint No. [redacted]) and have been advised to email Nokia, allowing three working days for a response before escalating the issue further with the consumer forum. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, R.M. Vashishtha. [redacted]

I bought a Nokia 6 in Jan [redacted]. After 10 months of use, I encountered charging issues. I took my phone to the Nokia Care center in Mysore on KD Road. Initially, they diagnosed a faulty charger point, but later they said the charging board was defective. They ordered a replacement from Bangalore promising to fix it in 4-5 days. I handed over my phone on Dec 8, [redacted], but the problem remains unresolved. Despite numerous calls, the service center now claims they can't repair it. This is the second similar issue we've had with our two Nokia 6 phones. It's disappointing that Nokia would release a product with a recurring charger problem. I seek advice on how to proceed. I intend to buy another phone soon, but is this the standard of products Nokia offers to its customers? Please provide a solution. Looking forward to your response. -S.D.

Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased a Nokia 7.1 handset from your website on December 17, [redacted]. The website advertised that the phone would come with wireless earbuds as an accessory. However, upon receiving the handset today, I discovered that it only included a normal headset with wires. This was disappointing as I was specifically looking forward to receiving the wireless earbuds that were promised on your site. To make matters worse, I noticed that the same phone is available on other online platforms like Flipkart for a lower price than what I paid on your website. The discrepancy in pricing and the missing accessory have left me feeling let down as a customer. I hope you can address this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, DEBAJIT GHOSH Order number: [redacted]

I submitted my phone for repair at the authorized Nokia service center in Hadapsar, Pune, India on 14/12/[redacted] due to charging issues. It has been a month, and my device is still not fixed. The service center claims that Nokia is not providing the necessary parts and directs me to contact customer care. Both the customer service representatives and the service center staff are unhelpful and rude, unable to provide me with a clear timeline for the repair. Despite my phone being under warranty and not physically damaged, they have falsely claimed it has liquid damage on the receipt, stating it is out of warranty. I urge you to investigate this matter and resolve it promptly. Thank you, Akshay K.

Hello, I have been using the Nokia 6.1 Plus for the last four months, hoping for a great experience. Unfortunately, it has been the worst device I have ever used. I am encountering slow internet connectivity issues and a strange problem after the January update. When I make calls using the phone, I can hear the ringing sound clearly but cannot hear the other person speaking, and they cannot hear me. This issue persists even with different SIM cards from the same service provider. Other devices like my MI A2 work fine with these SIM cards. Many users, including myself, are disappointed with this device. It has been more than six months since its launch, and there seem to be no solutions to these recurring problems. Nokia used to prioritize customer satisfaction by recalling and replacing faulty batteries at no cost. We had hoped for similar service with this device, but it has been a letdown. This experience has led me to lose trust in Nokia products, and I will not be purchasing from them again. Disappointing indeed.

I purchased a Nokia 3.1 Plus at Cricket store for $[redacted].99 around 10 days ago. While the phone seems good, there are numerous issues affecting its functionality. The camera flash barely works, resulting in pitch-dark night pictures. The volume is too low, and I initially couldn't adjust the brightness until I downloaded Google. I've raised these problems with the store, but they couldn't assist within the 10-day return period. I don't want to lose money on a phone that doesn't meet the promised specifications and functions. I'm looking for a satisfactory solution to rectify these issues promptly. Thank you.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Nokia 6.1 Mobile Phone Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my Nokia 6.1 mobile phone, purchased on August 22, [redacted], in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India. The phone's IMEI/Serial No is [redacted], Color: Blue, Product Code: 22PL2L20013. Within three months of purchase, I experienced a "No display" issue. I took it to the Nokia Care center at Z Plus Mobile Gallery in Bharuch, Gujarat, and was informed that the motherboard was damaged due to water, which is not covered under warranty. However, I can confirm there was no water damage to the phone. I have been a loyal Nokia customer for over 12 years and have never faced such sudden problems with their products before. I am currently unable to afford a new phone or repair fees as the device is still under warranty. I urge Nokia to rectify this issue at no extra cost, as it is a factory problem with no external damage. Given my trust in Nokia, I hope for a prompt resolution to maintain my faith in the brand. You may contact me at [redacted] for any further details. Regards, Siraj Shaikh B1/1-2, Padmavati Nagar, Rajpipla Road, Ankleshwar [redacted].

The device's IMEI/Serial No is [redacted], and the Product code is 22PL2L20013. I bought this phone for Rs.[redacted] on 22nd August [redacted]. Unfortunately, within 3 months, the phone experienced a "No display" issue. I took it to the Nokia Care at "Z PLUS MOBILE GALLERY" in Bharuch, Gujarat. Despite my insistence, they closed the case without a proper resolution. This incident has shattered my trust in Nokia, a brand I have been loyal to for over a decade. I am unable to bear the repair costs, as the phone is still under warranty and supposed to be a factory defect. Considering my loyalty to Nokia over the years, I urge you to address this issue promptly with a free resolution to maintain customer faith. While listening to music on my phone, I noticed the sound from the speaker is not clear. I visited the Nokia mobile service center in Bijnor, U.P. only to find out that they don't have the speaker part in stock. I urge Nokia to improve their service, as their reputation could suffer otherwise. After a 55-kilometer journey to the Bijnor mobile service center, I was informed that they don't have the necessary equipment to repair my mobile phone. I believe my phone is still under warranty, which might be why they don't have the parts available. I would like to provide my mobile number to the highest official at the Nokia mobile service center, so they can call me at [redacted] and explain if this is the usual way they conduct service. Thank you.

I purchased my Nokia 7 Plus from Amazon on May 3, [redacted]. After three months, issues with the speaker started, causing the phone to switch to speaker mode when earphones were connected. I visited the Andheri Nokia authorized service center due to the problem. They kept my phone for 45 days to repair the jack and charging slot, indicating that all parts would be replaced. However, the problem reoccurred after a few days. Upon reevaluation, the service center discovered the issue was with the earphones. They provided me with new earphones, resolving the problem temporarily. In February [redacted], my phone started to charge slowly and disconnect from charging intermittently. Another Nokia service center found that duplicate parts had been used in my previous repair, proposing a costly Rs 15,[redacted] repair. Despite my phone being under warranty, I was still asked to pay. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Complaint Cell regarding the use of duplicate parts and unexpected charges. I urge for proper action to be taken, including a replacement for my phone. My Jobsheet number is [redacted]67/[redacted]/[redacted], and my Phone IMEI NO is [redacted][redacted].

I purchased a Nokia * Plus from Amazon on May *rd. After three months, the speaker issue arose. Following a repair at the Andheri Nokia service center, my phone still had the same problem. Upon investigation at a different center, I was informed that duplicate parts were used and was quoted a repair cost. Despite the warranty, the center insisted on charging for repairs. I have lodged a complaint and request a resolution to the use of duplicate parts and the unwarranted charges. The phone continues to face charging problems; I am seeking redress.

I purchased a Nokia 8.1 phone that was bent at the back, which I noticed later. Soon after, the back cover started coming off on its own. When I visited the Nokia service center, they took my phone inside and later informed me that two screws were missing from the back. I considered selling the phone to a shop, but they mentioned that the warranty was void as the phone had been opened by a non-authorized technician. However, I want to clarify that the phone was only opened at the Nokia service center, and I am seeking warranty coverage for my phone or a replacement from the company.

Hello Nokia, I am enthusiastic about contributing technically to your new smart Android phones to increase your market share. The key is not just the phones you create, but how you design them and appeal to users. For the Nokia 7.1, I have some suggestions: 1. Separate notification sound settings from incoming call sound, mirroring the media sound separation. 2. Include system sound adjustments for better public speaking clarity by increasing microphone strength, as seen in Samsung. 3. Improve photo quality to capture natural and true colors, as Samsung excels in this area. 4. Enhance the speed of the fast battery charging feature. 5. Introduce more functions to your system to surpass the competition. With these enhancements, I believe Nokia can successfully compete with Samsung. Best of luck, Nokia!

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you about the issues I have been experiencing with the N2 phone I purchased in March [redacted]. The phone has been overheating and shutting off, displaying messages about using a genuine battery. Despite multiple visits to Nokia service centers in Madhubani, Darbhanga, and Mirzapur, the problem has not been resolved. The service centers have been unable to fix the issue and have even suggested that it may be an inbuilt problem with the Nokia N2 products. I have incurred expenses related to this phone and have been unable to use it properly. I would appreciate a prompt and positive response to address this matter. Sincerely, Anand Kumar

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you about the issues I have been experiencing with the Nokia N2 set that I purchased in March [redacted]. The set has been behaving abnormally by overheating and occasionally showing a message about using a genuine battery on the screen. Despite visiting the Nokia service centers in Madhubani and Donar Chowk, Darbhanga, the problem persists. I was directed to the Nokia service center in Mirzapur, Darbhanga, and have visited several times since December 22, [redacted], but the problem remains unresolved. I am concerned that if this is an inherent issue with Nokia N2 products, I may face further complications as mentioned by the Nokia service center in Mirzapur, Darbhanga. This situation has resulted in additional expenses for me without being able to use the set properly. I kindly await your prompt response. Warm regards, Anand Kumar [redacted] [redacted]

My Nokia C3-00 phone, even though inactive without a SIM card or plan, has been used solely for listening to music stored on the memory card via headphones. I am seeking assistance with the following issues: 1. Understanding BGSA upload logs and how to remove them from the memory card. 2. Locating my music files on that same memory card. 3. Addressing why the music listings from the memory card are showing on the phone even without the card inserted. I would appreciate guidance on resolving these matters and restoring everything to its previous state, with the music on the memory card and the removal of BGSA upload listings. These issues were not present during my last usage of the phone. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Nokia Team, I visited the Nokia service center, and they informed me that due to scratches and dents on my phone, the charging port issue cannot be covered under warranty. I was advised by a customer care representative to email Nokia with pictures of the scratches and dents for the technical team's assessment. If they are minor, a replacement of the charging port could be approved. I appeal for your approval for the replacement of the charging port hardware despite the surface damage not being responsible for the issue. It is disheartening to be directed back and forth between the service center and the customer service team. I had high expectations of Nokia's customer service and hoped for a resolution regarding the manufacturing defect of the charging port without additional charges. Holding customers responsible for such defects due to superficial damage may tarnish Nokia's reputation. Kindly respond promptly. Thank you, Anil G. Mob. [redacted]

Hello, I purchased the Nokia 7.1 Plus on its launch day with the expectation that it would function properly. However, after the first charge, the phone started overheating. Even after restarting it, the issue persisted. Within a month, a small white spot appeared on the phone's screen, which I initially thought was a bubble under the screen guard. Unfortunately, the white spot expanded, affecting half of the screen and causing display issues. Moreover, the charger also stopped working. When I visited the Borivali West service center for assistance, they claimed the phone was damaged and not covered under warranty due to a scratch on the back. I find it hard to believe that a scratch could lead to display problems. Despite requesting them to examine the charger, it was denied because the phone wasn't under warranty, even though I bought it on 15th Dec [redacted]. Attempting to get an estimate for the display repair, they quoted a fee of [redacted]. I am disheartened by the lack of customer service and am seeking help to address these issues promptly. Thank you.
