Sir, my Nokia 7 Plus has been hanging for many days, sometimes the display switches off and on. So, 10 days ago I went to ...A86 Nehru Nagar Kotla Mubarakpur. They did a software deal and told me to come back if the problem persisted. Two days ago, the same issue started again, and today the phone wouldn't turn on at all. The display was completely blank. So, I went back to the same place, explained the problem, and gave them the phone. After filling out a form, they checked and opened the display. They said it needs to be replaced and will take 10 days unless I go to Karol Bagh, where it can be done immediately. I asked them to give me a fixed date, and upon returning, they claimed the display was already broken, which was not the case. They are blaming me for it. The service center there often talks negatively, and I am not happy with their service. Please help me, I have only had the phone for 10 months.

I would like to address the voting issues. The 1-[redacted] contact number provided is not functional, making it challenging to participate in the vote for the yearly dividend payment. Delaying the dividend until February [redacted] instead of the expected June [redacted] may lead to investor dissatisfaction. Moreover, the high 30% tax deduction by Finland, despite having a modest income of $20,[redacted] annually and significant medical expenses from a heart transplant, further impacts the anticipated dividend payment. It seems unjustified given the circumstances. Seeking a reduction in taxes through the IRS incurs an $89 fee, and still, Finland deducts 15%. This tax burden, coupled with Social Security income, reflects negatively on the company's stock performance. Acquiring [redacted] shares in June [redacted] at $5.57 per share, witnessing it drop to $5.23 currently, contrasts with Erickson's stock rising from $6 to $10 in the same period. The current quarterly dividend of 0.[redacted], reduced to 0.[redacted] due to taxes, is affecting the stock value. To enhance stock performance beyond $6.4 per share, adjustments are necessary.

I would like to address the voting issues. I have been unable to reach you through the provided contact number. The delay in the yearly dividend payment until February [redacted], instead of June [redacted], is frustrating for investors. Finland's 30% tax deduction seems excessive, especially for someone with a modest income of $20,[redacted] annually, facing significant medical expenses. The anticipated dividend would have been helpful. Reducing the tax burden through a vote sounds like a viable solution, as the current process involves high fees and still results in a 15% deduction. These complications negatively impact stock prices with any slight negative news causing a drastic drop. Since purchasing [redacted] shares in June [redacted] at $5.57 per share, the stock price has fallen to $5.23. In contrast, Erickson's shares have risen. A lower quarterly dividend of 0.[redacted], after taxes, could lead to further stock decline. To reverse this trend, consider adjusting policies to raise stock value above $6.64. Issuing an annual dividend may satisfy investor expectations and petitioning Finland to reduce taxes could benefit shareholders. Best regards, M.M. [redacted]

I purchased a Nokia 6.1 Plus on 14-10-[redacted] and have been experiencing charging problems since then. I have had it repaired twice within 4 months of purchase. Recently, the same issue has resurfaced for the third time. When I contacted Nokia customer care on 25th April [redacted], the executive advised me to deposit my phone at the service center and email him the job sheet number for a replacement. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via customer care and email, I have not received a satisfactory response regarding my situation. Most recently on 8th May, the customer care executive mentioned that I would receive details about the replacement and pickup within 24 to 48 hours. I am not willing to accept a faulty handset that has been repaired three times within 6 to 7 months of purchase. Frustrated with the lack of resolution, I have initiated a consumer complaint against Nokia for their poor service.

I am Mr. Anthony Makhapila residing at Flat 33 Barrie House, Albion Road, London N16 0TX. Nokia kindly provided me with a Nokia Lumia [redacted] 15 years ago as a goodwill gesture due to my financial struggles. This phone has been my primary means of communication until tonight when my puppy Bella caused water damage to it. I am kindly requesting another gesture considering my situation and the value I placed on the gift over the years. Your positive response would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Mr. Anthony Makhapila.

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a Nokia 5 in Dubai when it was first launched, opting for the 16GB storage with 2GB RAM variant. As my storage space filled up, I added a 64GB memory card. Despite moving some data to the SD card and clearing app caches, the internal memory always appeared full. Even after updating to Android Pie, I couldn't download the software update due to lack of space. Then, my phone reset itself after running low on battery, wiping data due to security measures. Now, the update won't install properly, and I'm unable to access my valuable data. Some info may have been backed up on Google Drive or photos, but I need help recovering contacts, videos, pictures, and documents. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out again because a few weeks ago, I was advised by the previous support person to call back if the issue persisted. To give you a quick overview of my problem: my Nokia 3.1 Plus kept displaying the Location settings app notification, prompting me to turn on my location settings whenever the phone locked. After a factory reset was performed by tech support to address this, a new issue has arisen. Now, all apps on my phone freeze, crash, or struggle to load, impacting various functions like music playback. This was not an issue prior to the reset, leading me to believe it may be related. I have been considering upgrading to the next version of this phone, but if these problems persist, I may revert to my previous device. Can you assist in resolving these issues?

Dear Sir, I am Ram Pratap. I recently bought a Nokia 8 phone, but I have been facing issues with it restarting intermittently. I took it to the Nokia service centre to fix this problem, but they ended up creating more issues, like the phone display not working. They asked me to come back in two days. When I returned, they gave me the phone back without fixing the problem or properly packaging it. When I asked them to solve the display issue and repack the phone, they initially refused. They later mentioned that improper packing could lead to the phone dying and I would be held responsible. Feeling frustrated, I took my phone back. After this experience, I have lost faith in Nokia phones and wouldn't recommend them. The customer service I received was disappointing. I hope necessary actions will be taken to address this situation. Warm Regards, Ram Pratap

I purchased a Nokia 7 Plus in the Philippines on July 13, [redacted]. In April of this year, I began experiencing issues with the sub-board/charging port, which seems to be a common problem based on other users' posts on social media. I decided to bring the phone back to MemoXpress, one of your distributors, as it is still under warranty. It has been a month and 5 days since I submitted the phone for repair. On a Nokia users' Facebook group, I came across two posts from members who had the same issue and were provided with a replacement Nokia 8. I hope to receive the same resolution, as this situation has been causing me a great deal of stress and disappointment. As a loyal Nokia customer, I believe I am entitled to proper assistance. Thank you.

I purchased this phone in December, and it has caused me nothing but trouble. The issues include call drops, freezing, shutting off, and even needing the motherboard replaced within a month. I got this phone as a gift for someone, and the problems started the very next day. Despite visiting the Nokia help center in Tilak Nagar, Delhi, four times since buying the phone, the staff there have been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I am frustrated and feel like I am wasting time and money going back and forth to the help center. Even the customer care number provided doesn't work. I had hoped that Nokia had improved their services, but this experience has been worse than expected. I no longer want any solutions; I just want a refund for this disappointing phone and the poor customer service.

I am frustrated with the recurring proximity sensor issue on my Nokia 5.1 Plus. This is the fourth time I've had to get it repaired, but after about a month, the problem resurfaces. Despite showing a video as proof, the service center keeps insisting on further investigation. It has been 20 days since my phone has been in the service center with no solution in sight. I have reached out via phone and email multiple times, but have not received a satisfactory response. I am now questioning how many times I need to encounter the same problem before a replacement is considered. With four software repairs and one folder change in just seven months, it seems there may be a deeper issue with the device. If a solution is not provided soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities. My name is Suraj Rawat, and the jobsheet number is [redacted]27/[redacted]/[redacted], IMEI [redacted][redacted].

Hello, I would like to address an issue I am experiencing. I am residing in Aligarh and recently purchased a Nokia 6.1, which I encountered problems with. I submitted it to the nearest service center for repairs under warranty. However, for the past two months, they have been delaying the repair, repeatedly asking me to return after 15 or 7 days. My concern is that my warranty will expire soon. The phone is under the name of Mohd Waseem, and it is currently at the service center. I am disappointed by the service delays as I have always trusted Nokia. I hope for a resolution and would appreciate your assistance with this matter. For updates, kindly contact me at +[redacted]92. Thank you, Mohd. Aboozar

I purchased my Nokia 6.1 in October [redacted], and the earpiece receiver stopped working in December of the same year. The nearest Nokia authorized service center initially declined to provide warranty service, but I found one farther away that replaced the receiver after 12 days. However, after a month, the same issue has resurfaced. I have been using earphones for calls for the past three months due to the inconvenience of visiting the service center, which is far and costly at [redacted] RS per visit. Having already spent 14,[redacted] RS on the phone and an additional [redacted] RS for repair, I am dissatisfied with Nokia's devices. I feel embarrassed in front of my friends and colleagues who use cheaper brands with no such problems. I have advised many friends against buying Nokia phones due to their defects and poor warranty service. I am frustrated and seek a replacement for my phone.

My Nokia 3.1 Plus is refusing to charge. According to a cellphone repair shop owner, the charging port could be loose or broken. He searched for a replacement online but found that Nokia does not have the part. I purchased this phone on 3/11/[redacted] for $[redacted].99 after a $30.00 promo/coupon discount, and also bought a $25.00 folding case for protection. With phone activation, service, and taxes, my total cost after discounts was $[redacted].62. Nokia has been a trusted brand for me since my first phone, and as someone with extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Metrology for electronic companies, I have high regard for Nokia's products. I kindly request Nokia to consider repairing or replacing my Nokia 3.1 Plus. Thank you for your attention. Jeri K.

I purchased the Nokia 6.1 Plus in October [redacted]. Unfortunately, like many other Nokia phones, I encountered issues with the charging port. Upon visiting the service center in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, India on July 5, [redacted], I was promised that the charging port was in stock and my phone would be ready by July 6, [redacted]. Disappointingly, I received a call on July 6, [redacted], informing me that the part was not available and I would have to wait longer. This lack of preparedness is not up to the standard I expect from your service center. I tried reaching out to customer care, but they were unhelpful and seemed to defend the service center instead. I hope to receive a genuine response to this issue. A dissatisfied customer,

I have a Nokia 5.1 Plus mobile phone. I noticed that it was slightly bent since I purchased it, but only realized when I removed the back case. The Nokia service center in Kurukshetra, Haryana, fixed the bend under warranty, but now the display doesn't fit properly. When I visited the customer service center in Ambala for this issue, they refused service since the phone had been opened in Kurukshetra a day before. I contacted the ASM in Haryana, who claimed my phone was not under warranty, even though I bought it on 30-5-[redacted]. There was a disagreement with the ASM, and he was disrespectful. I'm facing further issues with my phone showing emergency calls despite the SIM being inserted. The ASM seems to be influencing the service centers. I feel mentally distressed by the situation and request necessary actions to address this issue. Please see the attached bill for reference.

Hello, my name is Lakshman Yadav from Firozabad. I bought a Nokia 5.1 a few months ago. Recently, I encountered charging issues with it and visited a Nokia Care Center for repair. However, the behavior of the staff there was unsatisfactory. They seemed to dismiss my problem and failed to resolve it. This has happened twice now. It is concerning when employees do not take customer issues seriously, as their role is to address our concerns promptly. I urge the necessary actions to be taken against them to ensure customer satisfaction with the products.

I purchased a Nokia 6.1 Plus in November [redacted]. Lately, I've been experiencing charging port problems for the past two months. After visiting several service centers in Bangalore, I was informed that they didn't have spare parts for the charging connector board, and despite multiple visits, the issue remains unresolved. The service center staff mentioned they are not receiving spare parts from their end. I submitted my device for servicing on July 19th, but there have been no updates on the status. After reaching out to Customer Care, I was asked to wait a few more days with no further information provided. I am concerned about when my phone will be fixed or how I can claim a refund. It seems this issue is not isolated to my device, as some of my friends who own Nokia 6.1 Plus are facing the same problem.
