I am experiencing issues with my Nokia Lumia [redacted] phone. It freezes when turned on, even while being charged. Attempts to reset it have failed, and the camera has been malfunctioning as well. The problems began after the camera started turning on and off intermittently. I purchased the phone in May and am within the warranty period. I would appreciate receiving a replacement phone with all the necessary features. I can provide my IMEI number for warranty verification. Regrettably, I am unable to communicate via phone due to the device malfunction.

I purchased a power keyboard dock from Amazon, which was marked as certified refurbished with a 90-day Nokia full warranty. Three weeks ago, my tablet slid out of the dock, damaging the screen of my Nokia [redacted] tablet. I have another [redacted], which I placed in the dock for the first time in almost three years of owning it, and it now keeps prompting for automatic repairs and the battery is not charging properly. After researching, I found out that this battery issue is a known problem. I am now left with two tablets and feeling apprehensive about using the dock. I've heard of others experiencing battery charging problems after a certain update. I have relied on Nokia for years, and now I'm unsure how to proceed with $[redacted] worth of devices. - Alan

I have a Nokia Lumia [redacted], and it has a display issue. The screen remains black, but the back, search, and Windows buttons are lit and vibrating. I can hear sounds when touching the display, and the camera function makes a sound when focusing, indicating the touch is working. However, nothing is displayed on the screen. Can someone assist me with this problem?

I purchased a Nokia model #2 device a month ago, and from the first day, it has not been functioning properly. The device frequently shuts off on its own and at times takes up to an hour to restart. Despite trying various methods to improve performance, the issues persist. I am frustrated with the device's performance and experiencing multiple other problems. I am looking for a resolution and hope to hear back from you soon. If there is a delay in response, I may consider seeking an alternative solution. Thank you.

Hi,
Last September, I purchased a Nokia 6 phone from Amazon.com. The particulars are as follows: Nokia 6 32GB Blue, dual SIM, and unlocked. The phone recently encountered a charging issue. A few weeks ago, it overheated while charging but resumed normal functioning afterward.
I am uncertain if the problem lies with the battery or the charging system. Thankfully, the phone is still under manufacturer warranty, as confirmed by Amazon's after-sale support team today.
I am currently in France for a few weeks before returning to the US. I would greatly appreciate assistance in getting the phone repaired. This Nokia 6 is special to me as it's my first Nokia since the N900 and previous Nokia models.
Could you please advise on how I can proceed to resolve this matter?
Thank you.

I own a Nokia 6, purchased just 3 months ago. Initially, the navigation and fingerprint functions stopped working, and now the entire phone is unresponsive. Customer service referred me to a nearby service store, but they claimed they lacked the necessary tools and parts since the phone was not made in India. Is there no standard across countries for Nokia products? Despite trying to seek assistance, the experience was fruitless, leading me to contact Amazon for support. Nokia staff would not provide a written statement, causing further frustration. Contacting the supposedly 24/7 customer service was unsuccessful. I feel let down by Nokia and am seeking a resolution under warranty. The situation has tested my patience, and I urge for a competent resolution and better customer service.

I am facing issues with my newly purchased NOKIA Seven Plus phone. After charging it, I discovered that the power and volume keys were not functioning properly, causing my phone to go into Safe mode. I visited the nearest Nokia Care Center in Mapusa, Goa. After a four-hour wait, they informed me that the keys needed to be replaced and ordered. However, it has been over two weeks, and they continue to delay, claiming the parts have not arrived yet. The service at this location is disappointing, lacking proper Nokia branding on their documents and providing unreliable information to customers. It seems they also service Lenovo and Oppo devices, possibly causing delays for Nokia users. Additionally, I observed questionable interactions with other mobile shop owners. I hope to see improvements in their service to have my phone restored to its original condition promptly.

I reside in Mangaldai, Assam, and my contact number is [redacted]. In January [redacted], I purchased a Nokia [redacted] single SIM model, TA [redacted], from Flipkart. Since May, the phone has been experiencing issues with unclear sounds and a very loose back cover. I visited the Nokia service center in Guwahati, where they informed me that this particular model cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced by Nokia.
After contacting Nokia customer service, I was advised to get in touch with Mr. Arindam Narayan in Mangaldai. Upon speaking with him, he mentioned that due to the phone being purchased on Flipkart and not from a local vendor, he was unable to assist. Given that the phone is only from this year and already malfunctioning, I am seeking guidance on further steps to resolve this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention the issue I am facing with my NOKIA 5. Approximately 7 months ago, I submitted my phone at IT GAIN Nokia Care in Meerut to fix a display problem, with the call report number [redacted].
Initially, they assessed the physical condition of the handset and created a job sheet to address the problem. They gave me a deadline of September 21st for the repair. When I inquired about the status after the specified timeframe, I was informed that the necessary part had been received and I could collect my phone in 2 days. However, upon returning to the service center, I discovered that the issue was not resolved, and they provided various excuses.
Due to this delay, I have been left without a working phone, causing me significant inconvenience. I am frustrated with the negative responses I have received from the service center multiple times.
I am disappointed by the lack of progress and the inconvenience caused, especially considering my family's loyalty to Nokia products. I am now relying on your intervention to address this matter promptly.
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely,
Vinay Sharma

I received my Nokia 5.1 Plus Android phone on October 1, [redacted], however, within three days, the screen cracked without any mishandling or accidental drop. I am concerned about the quality of components Nokia is using in its products if they can't withstand regular pocket use. When I inquired about a replacement or free service under warranty, they refused. I paid the full amount of 11k and expect better quality.
I kindly ask Nokia to address this issue by either replacing my phone within the warranty period or providing a free screen repair. I look forward to your response.

Your phone's recent update caused me to lose all the films I downloaded on my Sky Go app, which is unacceptable. I spent hours on this, only to have it deleted without my consent while I was asleep. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better from your company as a loyal customer. It's not fair that I'm forced to update my device when I don't want to, resulting in the loss of my personal data. I hope Nokia addresses these issues promptly.

Hello, I purchased a Nokia 3 about 1 year and 3 months ago. Six months after buying the phone, it started to auto restart on its own. I took it to the customer support team in Ahmedabad, and they kept the phone for a whole day. They said the problem was fixed. In April [redacted], the same issue recurred, so I submitted the phone to the service center in Jamnagar on April 11th. They changed the battery, and when I inquired about the warranty expiring in two months and future responsibility, they only replaced the battery. Now, the battery is still draining fast. For example, if it's at 40%, it goes down rapidly to zero and starts charging from 0. I need assistance because even with a new battery, the issue persists.

Since purchasing my phone in August, it has not been functioning properly and I am seeking a replacement instead of repairs. Various issues include dropping incoming sound on calls for over 30 seconds, interruptions in headphone sound for over 15 seconds with eventual static noise, failure to recognize/sync Bluetooth headphones (compared to other phones that sync fine), intermittent wifi drops, and as of recently, displaying the incorrect time which affects data and wifi connectivity. My son, who has the same phone and lives in the same household with the same wifi, does not experience these issues. Despite his initial belief that the problem was user-related, he, being a software engineer, now acknowledges that there is a genuine problem with the phone. I am requesting a replacement for this faulty device.

Hello,
I own a Nokia 7 Plus and have recently encountered issues with the USB port. It would only charge the phone when plugged in a specific manner. I took it to an authorized service center recommended by Nokia. After explaining the problem, they mentioned it was a minor defect covered under warranty. They asked me to wait for two days, so I left my phone with them. However, after not receiving a call, I reached out to discover that they were waiting for parts, specifically a display. This surprised me as I had brought in a fully functioning phone for a USB port replacement. When questioning the delay, they promised to call back but never did despite my follow-up calls. I am considering filing a complaint due to the handling of the service and the lack of proper communication.

On November 13, [redacted], I restarted my phone as I normally do every month. However, when it rebooted, I noticed changes in my icons and a few other minor details. The main issue is that I can no longer receive or make calls from my home area, although everything else on the phone seems to work. I can text, use apps, and access the internet without any problems. The phone only starts working again when I go less than a mile away from home. It seems like a cell service issue. I've been in contact with T-Mobile for over a week now. We've tried multiple troubleshooting steps like changing the SIM card, connecting to different towers, resetting settings, and testing with and without Wi-Fi. T-Mobile insists it's a phone problem, but it works fine in other locations. Do you have any suggestions or advice to help with this situation?

Dear Sir,
I purchased your product, 1 TA-1066_1/8GB DS, from London Radio House in Srinagar in July. The phone had a charging issue where the battery would not fully charge. I took it to your company's service center in Lal Chouk. They informed me that the motherboard is weak, causing the battery not to charge fully. They are waiting for spare parts and are unable to give a timeline for repair. I requested a replacement set due to my upcoming travel to Delhi, but they declined. The delay in service due to spare part availability is concerning for customers like me waiting at the service center. Please address this issue promptly and direct the dealer to provide me with a new set.
Looking forward to your response.

I bought a black NOKIA E3 mobile phone in August [redacted]. The front camera glass now has scratches because there is no protective border around it. Without a border, the glass gets scratched easily when placing the phone on a table. I visited the Nokia service center in Borivali (west), Mumbai, India to have the camera glass replaced. The attendant informed me that I need to replace the entire back cover for around Rs. [redacted] since only the glass cannot be replaced, and this issue is not covered under warranty. I believe this problem arose due to the lack of a border around the camera glass. I am hesitant to pay Rs. [redacted] for this.
