I am seeking assistance regarding a recent post made about me that contains false information and is incomplete. I previously reported it on nextdoor, but it was reviewed and deemed acceptable, which I find to be unacceptable. The post is defamatory towards me and the company involved, and it is under a fake name. I am certain of this as the individual has been sending threatening texts to my phone. I am requesting the immediate removal of the post and a public apology on nextdoor from the poster for their inaccurate statements. I have contacted my attorney regarding this matter. I am having trouble accessing my account. I have not received a password from your company and I have not received any emails for the last three weeks. It's possible that your emails are going to my spam folder, which I can't access. I only receive emails in my AOL account. This has been happening for over three weeks, and I don't know how to regain access. My username and password are correct, but I am unable to log in. Please assist me, thank you.

I have a Nextdoor account, but I haven't used it in years. Initially, it was a personal account with my email. Later, I added my business (Critter Sitter). I ended up deleting my personal account, but the business account remains accessible. I now want to know how to retrieve my personal account or link it to the business account. Can you advise me on what steps I should take? Thank you.

I posted on Nextdoor offering free boxes, and I got six inquiries. I attempted to reply to these requests but couldn't figure out how. Despite my multiple inquiries for help on this matter, I have not received any responses from Nextdoor. It's disheartening when a company fails to assist its users. I simply want someone to clarify what I'm doing incorrectly or why I'm unable to respond to the inquiries I received from my post. - J. Rose

This morning, I noticed that a review I wrote about a business was flagged and taken down. It seems the business disagreed with my review and had it removed. Is it not allowed for customers to leave honest feedback like "overpriced, canceled last minute, and did not show up"? Other community members should be informed before working with this individual. I find it concerning that my review was removed without using any inappropriate language or personal attacks. The business owner even contacted me via text on my private phone, insisting I take down the review to avoid negative feedback. In the United States, we have the right to share experiences and opinions about businesses that provide subpar service. I respectfully request for my review to be reinstated, as many others have shared their thoughts on Nextdoor. It is important to me that truthful feedback is not silenced by business owners who dislike hearing the reality from customers.

I was recently blocked from reporting an issue where I own a salon, Patrick G & Co Salon. A client blew a disagreement out of proportion, spreading lies about me and my salon online. This led to over [redacted] people leaving false negative reviews and making threatening comments, impacting my business and causing cancellations. Despite reporting the false information and threats, I was blocked. The individual who made these damaging posts is Nandana Pillai. I kindly request for the post to be removed.

I am facing an issue with my advertisement not being aired despite being approved. The ad I paid for on Nextdoor is not showing up even though it should be. In my account under the manage ads section, I am only able to see an older rejected ad and not the approved one from 5/11. I have already made the payment for the ad and do not wish to continue being billed if the ad is not live. I possess the payment receipts and confirmation of the ad approval.

I often use Nextdoor and like to assist others with their questions if I have relevant information, but I have encountered a hurdle. Nextdoor requires text verification, which I find challenging as an older adult who does not frequently text. I wish there were alternatives like phone call or email verification. It feels limiting that the platform seems geared towards a younger, more tech-savvy demographic. Unfortunately, I feel discouraged from participating further.

I have deactivated my account on Nextdoor.com and no longer wish to be associated with the business. They need their business page to be active, but I have already removed all my information. I need the business page to be fully deactivated. How can I ensure that the business page is no longer linked to my account or webpage?

Hello, I recently made a post on Nextdoor that reportedly violated the Community policy. After being alerted about this, I responded, intending to edit or remove the post. However, I was surprised to discover that my account has been temporarily disabled, preventing me from accessing Nextdoor for 30 days. I usually visit the site daily and find it quite enjoyable. Today, my account was disabled, seemingly because I didn't use my real name. I sign in with [redacted] I am real and now I can't see responses to my posts or job offers. Could someone please clarify why this happened? I understand the need for security measures, but I really need my account verified. Is it because of my email? I attempted to use my full name for a new email, but it's linked to my current email address. My account was disabled a few months ago, and I feel frustrated with the lack of assistance I have received from Nextdoor. I received an email from a Nextdoor representative with limited information, stating my account was disabled due to suspicions of being an imposter without specifics. I have been a user at three previous addresses and recently moved to [redacted] North Watters Road, Allen, TX. Despite my history with Nextdoor, my account was still disabled. They are requesting my driver's license for reinstatement, but I am hesitant to provide this personal information without more transparency or guarantees. I am concerned about the legitimacy of this request and the potential for scams. I am open to resolving this issue as I enjoy using Nextdoor for recommendations. I am hopeful that escalating this matter to a supervisor may offer a resolution.

I was approached by Nextdoor to create a sponsored ad for $93 per month. They assured me that it would boost my business's visibility in search results. I have been using Nextdoor for the past five years. Recently, I have encountered issues logging in and am unable to find any contact information for assistance. The website seems quite challenging to navigate as it lacks direct human support and contact numbers. My item for sale was removed, yet I did not delete it. I have encountered difficulties with B. F., the Lead in Prescott Valley Nextdoor. There seems to be a recurring problem where complaints are directed to her and promptly erased. It appears she wields full control over the platform. After raising concerns about her behavior, numerous residents have shared similar experiences of their messages being swiftly deleted, creating a concerning pattern. Nextdoor should foster community interactions and positive relations, not be governed by an individual exhibiting authoritative and bullying traits. Many have voiced dissatisfaction with B. F.'s actions. Restoring my listing is a priority, but addressing the larger issue of leadership in the Viewpoint Arizona Nextdoor must not be overlooked. The fact that she is a founding member exacerbates the situation. I prefer not to engage with her further and be subjected to her unwarranted posts.

I adjusted my advertising budget from $3 a day to $1 a day. However, on the next billing cycle, Nextdoor charged me at the $3 rate. I contacted them about this issue for a refund but never heard back. Recently, on the last billing cycle, I continued to be charged at the $3 rate. Upon checking, my billing rate was set at $1.90 per day. I have corrected it back to $1 per day now. I am awaiting a refund of around $[redacted]. I would appreciate a response to address this matter.
