Hello, I am encountering difficulty accessing information in my Nextdoor emails. Upon receiving the emails in my Inbox, I am unable to view the content through the 'View Post' tab. Despite reaching out to the Support Team starting mid-December [redacted], I have only received apologies for the issue. Initially, they acknowledged the problem on their end and promised to escalate it to the technical team. Subsequently, I have received two more 'We're sorry' messages without a resolution. Given that I rely on Nextdoor for crucial updates on safety concerns in my neighborhood, I requested contact details for a Manager or Supervisor in my latest communication with the Support Team. I am trying to cancel the ad I posted on my Nextdoor account for my business under general category. Additionally, I have been attempting to add my second home in the Show Low Nextdoor area for three hours now. Unfortunately, my address in Concho is not being recognized, and the map is also not showing up correctly. The instructions told me to paste a URL and send it via email, but I couldn't find an email link at the bottom to do so. What is your email address for me to send this information to?

Hello GetHuman.com, I'm having an issue with NextDoor. Around 4 years ago, I created an account while living in Elm Mott. It was wonderful connecting with neighbors in our spread-out community of cow and horse ranches. Recently, in Waco, when my dog went missing, I reactivated my NextDoor account to seek help. Sadly, I got locked out of my account after posting. I'm now prompted to contact customer service but have been unsuccessful in reaching them for assistance.

I am frustrated with Karen L. and Penelope P. who manage the app in Hawaii. They hide my posts when I try to inform people about children abuse at a preschool and school safety. The app users are interested in discussing these issues. I am not sharing lies but serious problems and solutions to create change in the community. My posts are engaging with high views in a short time, reaching people from different states. I also support shelters in Hawaii through the app to gather more people for a positive impact. Despite this, my profile was recently banned for 30 days after being banned for 4 days earlier. I seek to communicate with the app's founder to address this situation.

I recently experienced a temporary lockout from nextdoor.com due to an alleged violation of guidelines. Personally, I believe these guidelines may conflict with the United States Constitution, specifically the First Amendment. I anticipate that with the potential return of Donald J. Trump, there could be significant policy changes on the platform regarding free speech in due course. Despite this, I will comply with the current guidelines. It is worth noting that platforms like Twitter have faced challenges in censoring conservative voices, and I foresee similar shifts happening across all media platforms. Thank you.

I have previously reached out to you, but I assume it did not go through. I am a fan of your app, but I am currently experiencing harassment from multiple individuals. They are claiming I have additional accounts, but I only have two. When I tried to locate these supposed extra accounts, I found nothing. However, someone is tampering with my typing after I write, which is unsettling. Additionally, my stolen cat's information is showing up on the T.N.R. Team, despite him being stolen and having identifiable tags. I have filed a police report for his theft. I suspect my neighbors are engaging in negative discussions on the app using coded language. It is concerning. I urge you to investigate this matter for my accounts. I am worried about my two distinctive cats, a Himalayan with unique markings and a solid black Egyptian Mau. They have been spotted on the app, leading back to their identification tags. The individuals involved are unkind and vindictive. I truly need your assistance for myself and my cats.

I need some help reporting or banning someone for using racial slurs. I was in a conversation with a person regarding fixing water lines under their trailer. When I asked for a measurement from the bottom of the trailer to the ground, they responded with attitude. I decided not to work for them, and then they accused me of being racist and sent inappropriate images.

I have been unable to access my account for months. Despite numerous messages to your support team via the website portal, I have not received any responses. After updating my email, I lost the ability to comment, like, or post on my account without verification. Even though I have tried to verify with a number or postcard, there has been no response. Following the instructions on the help pages has not helped. My email is [redacted] I would appreciate an explanation for why I am unable to access my account, which I have had for at least 20 years. We reside in the West Plano-Willow Bend area of North Texas and have lived here for 26 years.

I have several NextDoor accounts linked to different addresses and businesses, each created with a separate email address. Unfortunately, I am locked out of one of these accounts, possibly because it shares an email address with a suspended account. All I remember is the street address and username for the account I can't access. How can I log back in? Is it possible to do so using only my username? Hello, I am trying to remove Nova Salon & Spa from my email settings. I sold the salon in [redacted] and no longer own the business. It seems the new owner created an account with the same name while my old account is still visible. Could you please delete Nova Salon associates from my email account? I run a group named DIY Home Repair & Remodel, where I enforce a strict "no direct advertising" policy and regularly remove any company advertisements. However, I've encountered an issue where my previous posts have appeared grayed out, and today an individual posted the same message thrice in the group. In attempting to delete a duplicate post, all the group postings got erased. Can someone please assist in restoring the deleted posts? I am having trouble with my Nextdoor account. I am constantly asked to verify my account, but the issue persists whenever I try to do so. I previously didn't have any problems with it, but now it seems to be completely failing. Recently, when I attempted to reply to a post with a helpful comment, I was prompted to confirm my account repeatedly. I prefer to receive personal notifications and not business notifications in the Sway SO41 area. Despite trying to follow the instructions on the help site, I haven't had any success. I would greatly appreciate it if another user could assist me in resolving this issue. I would prefer to access Nextdoor on my laptop rather than on my mobile device. When I visited Nextdoor.com, to my surprise, my account was disabled without any explanation provided. However, after contacting a representative, they mentioned that my account suspension has been reduced from indefinite to two weeks, until 04.21.23. Despite this, my account was disabled again when I tried to message a friend to explain my absence on the platform. I am certain that I didn't breach any community guidelines. I attempted to contact support via email and phone, but I couldn't access the support page due to my disabled account. I even wrote a thank-you note to customer service upon the initial account reinstatement. I hope to have my account restored soon and would appreciate any further assistance. Best, Laura

I reached out to someone on Nextdoor about getting highlights for their hair. After some communication, HairTech hair shop contacted me via email, asking to remove our conversation from their page. I checked and couldn't find our discussion on their page. They mentioned contacting you and said they want to report me, but I'm unsure why. I would like to request that my account not be deactivated repeatedly due to someone reporting a fictitious name. It has happened before, and despite proving my identity and having the account reactivated, it is now deactivated again. Checking previous records would show that this issue has been resolved in the past instead of going through the same process repeatedly based on reports without proper verification. This situation is frustrating and unacceptable.

I am requesting that a mandatory chat room requirement be stopped. Many individuals prefer not to use chat rooms but would still like to share positive and uplifting messages without discussing religion or politics. It is frustrating for us when our posts are being hidden, which we perceive as offensive and restrictive, limiting our freedom of expression. We should be able to seek assistance and provide faith-based support openly on the app without being confined to a chat room where others may not find the support they seek. It seems contradictory that profanity is allowed while mentioning God's name is restricted. Thank you.

I was informed that I am a Nextdoor member. I attempted to sell on Nextdoor but was prompted for address verification. Despite being at my house, I am unable to verify. I have tried alternate methods, but to no avail. Despite being a member for years, I suddenly got booted without any explanation. After speaking with a representative, I was advised to repeat the same unsuccessful steps. I used to enjoy Nextdoor and made some nice connections, but now I am facing issues. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
