Hi! I'm made a mistake. * hours ago I bought a graphics card and have now realized I want a different one. I never checked for a return policy because my experience involved being able to cancel orders before they ship. This product has a non-refundable policy :( Is there ANYTHING that can be done??? I want to buy a different graphics card for the same price!

Tried neweggchat service again and the representative assisted me kindly. The unchangeable purchase policy was overridden but it could have been a combination of luck. Like how the order hadn't been shipped yet, how I asked kindly, and that the representative might have gone out of their way to make a customer happy despite company policy. I hope there wasn't any issues for them.
