I tried to purchase online via nuetrogena.com. I already filled in my payment details. On the final step, iclicked confirm inorder to purchase. I got an error message saying i need to check the payment details so I went back to review and tried to confirm my payment again. So I end up not purchasing. Early in the morning I received * sms from my card company stating that I purchased form J&J Neutrogena amounting to (..). In the morning I called the bank company they told me I was charged *TIMES. Yes. *TIMES. I didn’t receive any notification, emails, messages, NOTHING. Why bill me if there’s an error message?? PLEASE REPLY. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING NEUTROGENA.
GetHuman-shielaly did not yet indicate what Neutrogena should do to make this right.
