I recently had issues with my Netflix and I thought it was weird that it had signed me out completely so it gave my option to sign in or get ** days free so the ** days free is what I went with seeing that netflix hadn’t taken my payment out and didn’t know what was going on. It was after I accessed my bank account to see that it was taken out so I called tech support and told them what happened and didn’t want to pay for * accounts the guy told me they had cancelled my old one cause the email was invalid and would put the money back into my account which it was. I don’t check my bank acct every day but I get on today and the money was put in and taken out just a few hours later which was on the **th and is now the **th and I have overdraft fees now thanks to the mess up on your end. I called again after seeing this and all the guy told me was things weren’t handled that day and will take my *-** business days to be put back into my account. That’s not good enough for me because I don’t think I should have to pay these fees due to people obviously not being able to do their job there. What can you do about this? My fees are more than what I pay for my actual Netflix acct.
