I have been having a payment taken from my bank account for some time now*but I’ve never used the service or signed up to it. I have informed you of this on * occasions yet you are still taking the payments. If you do not stop taking these unauthorised payments you will leave me with no choice but to take this matter further. I have asked my bank for help. They advised me to give you ** days to confirm you will no longer be taking money from my bank and a date that you will be refunding the unauthorised payments on. This is now my ** days notice to you. My bank account ends in **** it’s Santander in the names of John and Rachael wholey. Can I also ask where you obtained my bank or account details from?
