My account: *****@***.com, was hacked by someone in Argentina, I managed to just recover my account through your live chat. Most importantly of all is the security of your systems, you have absolutely dismal security how can it be allowed a new very foreign IP address logs into my account and manages to change everything on my account in the space of **minutes. How can you not have a red flag on that, how many times out of *** is that going to be legitimate probably never. Although I understand you had sent me emails, I was away in turkey on a contract. I'm currently on a debt management plan with StepChange. I do not have money to splash on mobile roaming while working. All I'm asking for is the amount of membership I had at the time of the hacking to be added back to my account before I start paying for your subscription again.
