The issue in GetHuman-westonco's own words
Had a DD set up in **** to pay Hudson Enrgy for my gas and electric account paying monthly of £***.**. You cancelled the DD to them. I changed suppliers to EDF Energy in Feb.****. Then I received an outstanding bill of £*** **. They took all of this amount out of my account no:********. On the **th January ****. Nat wide retrieved this amount for me. This was on the **st Jan ****. I tried every method you could think of to set up a Direct Debit of £*** a month to pay it off since Jan ****. So last May I phoned Havant branch of Nwide spoke to Louisa Emery who suggested a Standing Order of £*** a month to pay Pastdue credit solutions starting the *st of every month starting July****. BUT I cannot find this amount being paid on any statements up to date? *Pastdue solutions have sent me a letter and the account is down to £***.**. Why hasn’t this been on my statements. ? Can you sort this matter out please.
