If you believe you have been overcharged on your billing please review the previous months bill and the new bill to compare where the charges may have come from. A small increase may be a result of an change in taxes in your area.

I paid for three phones on May **. For some unknown reason I was charged for three. I only wanted ONE. Net ** sent me three. I kept one. I never took the two other two cell phones out of the post office. I wrote on the boxes return to sender and gave them immediately back to the postal clerk on May **, **** at **:** am CST. I just want my credit card account credited for the two cell phones I returned to you. (***.**) The order number were *******, ******* and *******. The S*N number on the cell phone I kept is: ************. I have been a loyal customer of NET ** for a while. I should not be having this much trouble to get this refund credited back to my account. Thank you in advance for your immediate to this matter. I have spoke to your customer service dept. for three days, but too no positive satisfaction to me.
