My heritage took $** off of my debit card. I did not authorize that I don't know how that could have happened. I have never heard of them. I live alone on my SS and don't care about my dna or family tree. I can't afford something like that. Now I'm behind on one of my bills. I need that money back. I can't call them it won't go through
