We are very disappointed in the fact that the app shows specific movies available to see, but just prior to the movie the selection is no longer available. This has happened on multiple occasions but today my husband drove an hour to make a movie that was showing available but once we both arrived at the theater it was no longer available. I understand the need to restrict the movies and such but when you show them available they should be available all day. Truly a bate and switch behavior and is not ethical. MoviePass certainly doesn’t have any problem charging my account like clockwork, so it should hold up to it’s end of the bargain.
GetHuman-jrostler did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
