What happens if I forget or lose my MoviePass card?

If you happen to forget or lose your MoviePass card, worry not! MoviePass understands that accidents can occur. Simply log into your MoviePass app, head to the "Account" tab, and select the "Card" option to report your lost card. MoviePass will promptly deactivate the lost card, preventing unauthorized use. While waiting for your new card to arrive, you can use your app to check in to theaters and purchase tickets. At the theater, just show your e-ticket confirmation to gain entry. Once your replacement card arrives, activate it through the app and begin enjoying movies again the traditional way. Remember, always take care of your MoviePass card, but if it goes missing, MoviePass has you covered!
