I am attempting to cancel my membership with MoviePass from the app. While accessing the account information link, the app won't allow you to click on the cancel membership button. It is grayed out and I have contacted them several times in order to fix the problem. They claim it has been fixed but it still won't allow me to click the cancel button. I've attempted to call and the voice message says they are experiencing extremely high call volumes and to call back, system hangs you up. I'm trying to go about doing this the right way but moviepass is making it very difficult. They are drafting money from my account in which I can no longer afford. Please advise

I sent an email through their MoviePass app along with my contact information and asked them to cancel the membership since I couldn’t do it from my end. They said the have taken care of cancelling it but I won’t know for sure until the billing cycle which is aug **th. I’ll keep you posted if this really worked.
