Help with my MoviePass issue

I never received my card. I requested to cancel the account and a refund. However, instead of receiving a refund, a second payment was deducted from my debit card. Another request was sent requesting a refund. Yesterday I received an email that there was an attempt to process a third payment. I contacted the customer service number only to hear a greeting stating the system is down. This is unacceptable and I need a full refund on both payments that were deducted from my account!!
GetHuman-ebonymc did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
