To get some consideration and appreciation with respect ... Hello I have been staying here at the motel * for a lil over * months and I have spent thousands of dollars here. I haven't had any type any kind of discounts or anything. Anyway I had went without WiFi on two separate occasions for * days straight. It comes with the room when you pay. Not having the wifi costed me money, time and stress the first time it happened around few weeks ago and right now it's doing the same thing. I never received a offer or discount or upgrade to the paid the wifi or even credit towards future stays. I also woke up two days ago with horrible bite marks all over the mid section of my body. It's bad looking. I had said and showed the manager and he said nothing but that we needed to pay however a young lady had came to him with a similar situation and he had granted her like close to * days. Now it's nothing that deals with my pets cuz my pets are clean with not even a visible flee on them. Plus they are medicated and been with me the whole time. I feel very disrespected and discarded with this issue especially cuz I have spent so much money here and without even a upgrade or anything. I would like to be given complimentary stays for as long as I have the marks on me or at least up to a week. Just for the rudeness and quality of customer service I have been given after being at a VIP level customer. As far as the four previous day's early in the month and now going on the fourth and still has yet to be fixed I would like half of what I paid for that time or a full refund of the money I spent. I'm not even counting the expensive amount it costs to do laundry and to get a drink from the soda machine which is $*.** per machine in which I had to wash my clothes more than once due to other ppl here taking my clothes out and leaving them wet in a pile. Plus I wasn't even reimbursed for the $*.** I had lost putting in the soda machine even though I had let the front desk know right away. Which I would of liked to have that given back. I'm just offended beyond belief and that there isn't more attempt from the management to make sure that those who are at VIP status aren't treated that way. Thank you

By partial to full refund and complimentary stays on the days of fault.
I don't cause problems, pay outrageous amounts sometimes, clean my own stuff and keep very well kept. Im courteous to staff and other residents. We help with the property clean up and broke down travelers. Our pets are well behaved
