I'm currently experiencing homelessness with a puppy. I appreciate that Motel 6 doesn't have a pet fee; it's helpful for my situation. After a long day of searching for a place to stay, I chose Motel 6 in Simpsonville. Upon settling in with my puppy, we were startled in the early hours of the morning by four teenagers entering our room. I immediately notified the front desk and was informed about a mix-up with room availability. The teenagers used a master key mistakenly issued to access my room. I paid nearly $[redacted] for a three-night stay here to unwind, but this incident has left me feeling unsettled and on edge.

I have been staying at this hotel for a couple of weeks, and the room was wonderful until today when there were two TVs, but one was not working. Despite trips to the front desk, the issue remains unresolved as the clerk could not reach the manager for a solution. I require a TV to sleep and have not been accommodated with a replacement or refund. I am at the Carrier Circle Motel 6 in Syracuse, New York, feeling frustrated by the lack of resolution and management's response to the problem. I have been a guest for 14 days at a rate of $45 to $55 per night without any prior issues. I am displeased with the current situation and request a prompt refund or room replacement. Please contact me at [redacted].

Upon arrival at Motel 6, I provided my information to the computer and was given room [redacted]. The clerk assured me the room was clean, but I found several issues once inside. There was a missing bed headboard, a smoke detector was hidden under the dresser, and the floor was dirty. That night, another person was given access to my room, causing a scare. When I inquired at the front desk, the night clerk claimed there was no record of our stay. Despite these incidents, the manager provided a full refund. I believe the manager should be replaced, and I have photos documenting the room's condition.

During our stay at the Motel 6 location in Grants, NM on Santa Fe Avenue, my partner, who uses a wheelchair, and I encountered an issue with blocked disabled parking spots. Despite being long-standing clients of this establishment, we were shocked to find one of the spaces obstructed by an RV towing a car. When I raised this concern with the staff, I was met with the explanation that New Mexico has different laws regarding parking regulations. I tried to clarify that the ADA is a federal law applicable across all states, but was met with resistance from the staff member who insisted that New Mexico does not have to adhere to federal ADA regulations. Despite emphasizing the potential fines for non-compliance, the staff member remained adamant about their policy. Even during a courtesy call after check-in, when my partner reiterated the issue, we were informed that Motel 6 has a nationwide exception due to the availability of other parking spots.

I had a distressing experience at Motel 6 in Carson, California on Sepulveda Ave. on December 19. Upon returning to my room at 7 pm, I found my belongings missing, including my Tablet, Charger, and hygiene items. With the help of the staff, we located some of my items, but my Tablet and charger were still missing. The head housekeeper was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite finding some of my hygiene items later, the Tablet and charger remain missing. This incident has been the worst experience I've had at this motel where I stay twice a month. Considering legal action against the hotel for this situation.

During our stay at your hotel, my fiancée experienced a medical emergency where she stopped breathing and had no pulse. I rushed to the hotel maid for help, urging her to call for emergency assistance, but she seemed unresponsive and continued cleaning with a smile. After a patron finally called for help further down the hall, I performed CPR on my fiancée until the police arrived and took over. The police credited me with saving her life. I was disappointed by the maid's lack of action and reported the incident to the hotel management, who assured me they would address it. However, I have yet to receive any follow-up from them after two days. I believe that we deserve some form of compensation for the distress caused by the maid's inaction and the potential consequences of the situation.

I had a negative experience when I tried to extend my stay at the hotel due to some previous issues. Unfortunately, the manager was not accommodating and I was asked to check out. I believe I deserve a refund for the inconvenience. I am considering taking legal action with the help of my lawyer, Charles Peruto Sr. I am disappointed with the treatment I received and will not be recommending this hotel to others.

Our room at the Motel 6 was disappointing, lacking basic amenities like a refrigerator, closet space, or microwave. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar, providing a poor experience overall. When we requested a refund from the front desk, we were informed that refunds were only possible within 15 minutes of checking in, which we found unreasonable. Disheartened, we left the hotel but are seeking a refund of $[redacted].69. We were further informed that to access rooms with a microwave and refrigerator, a seven-day stay was required, which was not communicated earlier. As visitors from Beaumont, Texas, Ronald W. and Julie W., staying to visit family members, we are disappointed by the lack of accommodation at this location.

During my recent three-week stay at Motel 6 Tropicana in Las Vegas, I frequently booked my reservations online to ensure I had a room. While packing yesterday, a staff member approached me with a clipboard, inquiring if I was checking out. Confirming that I was indeed leaving, I asked if I needed to visit the front desk to cancel my reservation or return the room card. The staff member indicated that leaving the card on the room table was sufficient. Unfortunately, today I noticed a charge of $68 on my card, which was unexpected. I have contacted the front desk and now reaching out here to request an immediate refund while the charge is still pending. This unexpected charge is concerning as it could impact my finances adversely. I had hoped my reservation would be canceled as I was informed it would be. Room [redacted], Dawn C., and the last four digits of the charged card are [redacted].

We were asked to leave the motel when my sister went to request extra towels. The front desk inquired why the registered guest hadn't come. My sister explained I was unwell. We were allocated a handicap room due to my brother's wheelchair. Later, we were told to vacate, leaving us homeless due to a fire damaging our residence. We stayed on the streets that night. Considering how we were treated, I believe we deserve at least one, maybe two, additional nights. My 56-year-old mother, a white woman, was in tears over the ordeal.

I had a terrible experience at [redacted] Fort Mills Way, Fort Mills, SC. I paid for my room in cash and my Regions Bank card was also charged. When I checked in on Dec 23, I was informed that the manager would need to address the issue. After speaking with the manager today, she mentioned that the District Officer would have to handle the refund due to a new system in place. She seemed defensive when I inquired about the expected arrival time of the District Officer. Feeling frustrated, I mentioned contacting my bank, to which she responded indifferently. It was an unreal experience. Teresa Anderson and the staff member responsible for the error should not be in customer service roles. I feel as though I was charged twice for the room and they kept the money. This experience was worse than attending the funeral I was there for. I will never stay here again. - Leronne W. and Patsy C.

My stay was for one night, but I paid for the second night. We left the room a bit after 2pm, and our two quiet female dogs were in the room. When we returned at 7pm, we couldn't get in, and the front desk claimed we hadn't paid. They mentioned the manager took our dogs home. After proving payment, I requested a refund and the manager's contact details to get my dogs back. The front desk insisted I wait until the next day to speak with the manager. The situation escalated when the manager and others entered our room, took our dogs, and now I'm being given the runaround. This occurred at the Yakima, WA Motel 6. If this issue isn't resolved promptly, we will seek legal action to recover our dogs.

I am a resident living near the Motel 6 on Wade Hampton Blvd in Greenville, South Carolina. I am concerned about the sanitation issues outside the motel, specifically a mattress with blood stains that has been left beside the dumpster for over three weeks. This situation is not only unsanitary but also disrespectful to the community, especially considering its proximity to a high school main route. I kindly request prompt action to address this matter by the end of the week. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I have been staying here for over two weeks at $50-67 a night. During my stay, I have experienced issues with housekeeping only partially cleaning my room, encountered rude front desk staff, and dealt with low water pressure. I have video evidence of these problems and will take legal action if necessary. Additionally, I have woken up with bites after using allegedly clean sheets provided by the hotel. I am requesting compensation or a refund for my unpleasant experience. Despite being a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money over the years, I have not received proper assistance with my concerns. I hope to resolve these issues and continue enjoying stays at your motel chain.

Dear Motel 6 Customer Service, I have been staying at the Harrisonburg, VA location on Linda Lane for almost a month now, paying between $50-$67 per night. During my stay, I have experienced issues with housekeeping, a rude front desk staff, low water pressure, and even woke up with unexplained bites on my body. I have recorded these problems with video evidence on my cell phone and am prepared to take legal action if necessary. I have not received any discounts or compensation for these inconveniences. I am requesting either a refund for a portion of my stay or a complimentary 3-5 night stay to rectify the situation. I hope to resolve this matter amicably with your assistance before considering legal steps. I value my past positive experiences with your motel chain and am hopeful for a satisfactory resolution. Sincerely, Thomas W.

I have been residing at Studio 6 in South Arlington for two years. Despite occasionally being a day or two late with my rent due to my fixed income from disability and daily odd jobs, I have always made sure it was paid. On Christmas morning, a temporary manager approached me, demanding I sign a document at the office and threatened to evict me. This occurred on the same day I learned about my best friend's passing. I work until late, and sometimes, like yesterday, I do not earn anything. I am extremely worried about being evicted and struggling to find the money, especially given my circumstances. I intend to pay what I owe by the end of the week as I have always done in the past. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism I encountered. I have never faced such treatment, particularly when J.J. is on duty, as she is aware of my payment history. I request a prompt response from someone capable of addressing this issue. My name is Mary Ploeckelman, and you can reach me at [redacted]. Being put out would leave me homeless, adding to the stress of having to arrange for my friend's burial.

My spouse and I stayed at Motel 6 in Joshua, Texas on December 18 and booked the room until December 24. We requested bedding change and room cleaning, but the staff was unhelpful and impolite. We ended up having to ask for sheets and clean the room ourselves during our stay. This experience was disappointing as we are frequent Motel 6 guests who appreciate the relaxed atmosphere usually found in your rooms. The behavior of the staff at the Joshua, Texas location has made us reconsider returning. We hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

I am Claudia Trigueros, currently staying at the motel located at [redacted] N Panam Expressway in San Antonio, TX [redacted]. As a single mother without a permanent residence, I am paying on a daily basis for a room at this motel. However, I am deeply disappointed by the disrespectful treatment I have received from the staff. Despite explaining that I am currently at work and will pay as soon as I am able, they are threatening to evict my 8-month-old baby. This lack of compassion and urgency is unacceptable. I am reaching out for assistance as I strive to provide a home for my child. I hope to resolve this situation promptly and fairly, as I am facing financial constraints and need a place to stay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, my name is Claudia T. I am currently residing at Motel 6 in San Antonio, TX with my 8-month-old baby. As a single mother facing homelessness, I work hard to provide for my child. Today, I faced a distressing situation when I forgot to pay for my room. Despite explaining my circumstances to the staff, they asked me to vacate the room, even though I had been paying daily for almost two weeks. This treatment was disrespectful and discriminatory. I demand compensation for the humiliation and inconvenience caused. I have already reached out to various organizations for support and will continue to pursue this matter until it is resolved. No one should be subjected to such treatment, and I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.

One of my coworkers' husband recently lost his job, which resulted in them losing their home and car. I work alongside her, and although I primarily rely on my social security income, I've been providing them with rides to work and school without charging for gas or wear on my car. They are currently staying at one of your hotels, but unfortunately, the quality of the place seems lacking according to her. It's her, her husband, and their two daughters. Given my limited income, and her husband's daily job search struggles, especially during this challenging time of year, I am reaching out to kindly request if there is a possibility for a low-cost or even a one-month stay donation for them. I try to assist by purchasing groceries and other essentials for their family. Additionally, I am in the process of buying her husband some much-needed shoes and clothing to aid him in securing employment. Your kindness in offering assistance would be greatly appreciated by both myself and them. My name is Travis Taylor, situated in Virginia Beach, Virginia. They are currently residing at Motel 6 on [redacted] 4th View Ave in Norfolk, VA. Please reach out to me so we can explore ways to bring a little positivity into their lives. Thank you, and God bless you, Travis.
