What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Motel 6 allows guests to cancel their reservation without any penalty if done at least 24 hours before their scheduled check-in time. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time, guests will be charged for the first night's stay. Please note that some special rate plans or promotions may have different cancellation policies, and these will be clearly communicated during the booking process. To cancel a reservation, guests can contact our friendly customer service team or make use of our convenient online cancellation tool. We strive to provide flexibility and convenience to our guests while ensuring fair policies that allow us to manage our inventory efficiently.
