Trying to check in ... Hello,*Today on Aug * I made a reservation at the Buena Park Knotts Berry Farm Location. (Valley View St, Buena Park, CA, *****). My confirmation number was ****M*****. When I arrived around * to check in, the front desk lady told me I was on the 'do not rent' list because i allegedly smoked marijuana in a room during my stay on Aug *. This cannot be true because I don't smoke marijuana! Only cigarettes. And every time I've reserved a room here it was a smoking room. The front desk lady was UNABLE to provide me with ANY form of management contact information. She could not print out anything for me saying i was on the 'do not rent' list or give me any additional information on why and who authorized this to happen because it was clearly a mistake. I am outraged, as a loyal customer, that I wasted my time energy and gas to come to this Motel * only to be turned down and brushed off for no legit reason* AFTER i already made a reservation online. No one notified me that I was on such list and I still feel like someone had to have a mistake somewhere because I don't smoke marijuana! This was a huge inconvience and disappointment to my night. I hope coorprate or guest relations is able to fix this problem and provide me with an explanation as to why I was unjustly banned, along with some sort of hospitality because the front desk lady didn't do either. I was left to look up cooperate info myself and now I'll be having to spend my money else where just to sleep tonight. Really a huge inconvience! I was treated very unfairly upon my check in on Aug * and Im not sure why but I would like an explanation provided to me. I am still very unsatisfied with the results of that night. If someone could email me back I would greatly appreciate it. I want to feel like my feedback matters to a company who I've spent so much money on and still do. I will continue to pursue this issue until it is resolved! I was very disappointed with the service i recieved.*Jasmine
