Bought new laptop in March **** * Microsoft *** from Best Buy Nashville. Good for * computers, only used *. One computer crashed last December, bought a new one for wife also from Best Buy. Went to install in March - told us the subscription card code wasn't valid. We pay annually in march through Best Buy for each year. I called Microsoft and a woman (offshore, didn't speak good English) opened another account instead of fixing our current account. Then on **** you charged us $***.oo for new subscription. i called next day and on **** you cancelled the charge and THEN CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION. What are you people doing?? Fix my current account (*****@***.com or *****@***.com) I don't recall which one I used. Phone is (***)***-****. Please reactivate my subscription card purchased in ****. Here are the case numbers your bumbling idiots created only to cancel my account - *********** by the woman, and *********** by Devon.
