Don't know what email account I used for my Microsoft Account. I created a new one. I have my original order number and product key.

How GetHuman2635250 fixed the problem
I used the original product key I got instead of Microsoft Account. It was a link right below where you enter the email addy for the account. The problem was when I entered the key the continue but was still greyed out. It was sooooo simple, I just had to click on the privacy link so it could open that page and once I closed it and came back, I was good to go.
