After updating, can’t type my password in order to open my Acer Aspire E ** laptop. The letters I type don’t appear in the “pin rectangle” when I type. When I turned on laptop this morning it displayed info about changes that came with the update that was to occur overnight. After using it for a while, it became glitchy, including slow typing. So I shut the computer down. When i restarted it, it said that it was updating NOW, and that I shouldn’t turn anything off. It appeared to be updating. Now I’m back to the first screen with the pretty scenery, and the pin box is on the screen. But my typing won’t “register.” I can’t do anything. I have an Assure account.
