I'm trying to upgrade from a Stylo * to a Stylo * using the same SIM card I currently have service your customer support says they cannot do it because the person I bought the phone from need to cancel their account first I need y'all to look at my history and see that I pay a monthly bill that's been a customer for years you don't need to go ahead and switch this over I'm not stolen this phone...
