I have been with metro for awhile now and recently my phone was broken. I was never informed that I had been paying insurance on my phone. I had to buy a new phone which was $*** I didn't have to spare and after metro switch it over I was then informed of the insurance and that I could of got the phone replace for free. Then I was told I'm out of luck and nothing could or would be done about it. The phone I have is horrible and I'm just completely devastated. Wasted $*** and no help from metro. I'm asking if someone will please help me replace the one I broke. This is a hard time with whats going on with this pandemic. I paid the insurance and would hope that would be enough to get my phone replaced and help me with this bad experience. Please help.
