Hello, I've been with you since ****. My phone is boot looping. Lg advised due to new software update. I've been without a phone for almost * wks. Also, I was on a grandfather plan paying $** a month when I should have been paying $** since ****** the updated date...so there goes a $*** over payment for ** months which is the cost of a new phone that I could be talking on since my current one is not accepting the new software. I am also due for an upgrade. I spent ** days calling LG, Metro PCS Corp office, Metro PCS Cop store talked to around ** people, visited * stores * times, and finally spent a hr yesterday waiting to speak to a manager there that I called from one of the stores. I wanted to at least get a decent credit if not the $*** over paid so that I could upgrade to a new phone to have since I don't have oe. I was offered $** then finally got $**. $*** which is not even half of my request would have been good enough as a credit on my bill. I could then use the $*** instead of paying my future ill due to the credit, added another $** out of my pocket to buy a phone to use. I have been with you all since ****, have never been with another carrier and this is my first issued "ever" while as a loyal customer to you. I don't want money, I just want a decent credit amount of the $*** that I over paid over the ** months to upgrade to a new phone to use.**Thank you*Anita****-***-**** is the * on the account
