Get one month credit for the device that was suspendid that was paid for ... My husband lost his phone ****** called insurance to start claim. Now iv paid my entire bill ****** for both devices. For which one device was not in service for the month. I would like to know in addition to paying the deductable. Would you please provide credit for this months bill on the the device that had no service for april please
Frustrating if I cannot be accommodated
Metro PCS can make this right by applying the credit for the suspended device that was paid
